So far we have been taking a walk through my forest with our eyes on the ground looking for the flowers!
I thought it might be interesting to raise our eyes to see what else is going on in this forest!
So first we will start with Fern Gully />
More to come when the storm is over!!

And now for a forest view or 2:

What you see is the longest “burn pile” 400 feet!

And the big blond is Charlie!

This is the view with my back to the “burn pile!

dang that is SWEET
oh how I’d love to have that in my backyard… (my view is a ginseng field at the moment—a blanket of black tarps … oh so lovely. Ha.

MAGNIFICIENT … Just magnificent. I too would LOVE to have your woods in my backyard … trade ya a bit of concrete for a few ferns … hahahahaha!!!!

Would love to trade my backyard view also.I got a double rental place there that never cuts their grass and leaves all kinds of trash lying about.Hope to change that over the years.I’ve started by planting a small chestnut tree where my view from the sun room catches their yard.I live at the top of a hill so their place is below mine.So I planted it below the hill on my border line.
