Topic tags/keywords: green trillium resource native wildflower

I will be starting new forums rather than adding on to the ones already going as it is easier for those of us on dial up to get to the pictures.

I believe it is a “Green Trillium”

No idea what it is!! Same plant, 2 different views!

how lovely!
I know these flowers but as usual the names won’t make it from the brain to the tongue (or fingers).

Thank you so much for sharing your walk with us. So lovely. I think I can smell the forest.

Hi

I have never seen a real trillium

The 3rd pic is Elderberry

We have tons of them here.

I make jams and jelly from the red berries

Some make wine

But I will tell you if you eat this berry is what ever forum you will never get a cold

I take the elder berry capsules always in my house

They are a natural antibiotic for flues and cold

I take 2 at the very first sigh of a flu or cold. I take 8 in that first day

The next day when I wake I take 2 more for good measure. The cold or flu does not develop into anything. GONE!!!

it knocks it out asap. But you must take them at the first first signal of a cold for them to work

All the pic are lovely. The last one is foam flowers and ferns

Still considering the 110’ elderberry hedge, myself..

I’ve got a Variegated elderberry, Friend Gooseberry (thorn less) and a Balsgard lingonberry coming in, rather excited about. Plus 50 day neutral strawberry plants.. wee! :)

Eklectic, last pic looks familiar.. Hurm… Not sure though.

Many trilliums around here ( white ), as it’s Ontario’s provincial flower
