Bump! Revive this thread!

I would like some information on this, as I would like to have a steadily-blooming garden all summer!

Even better, if someone could make a chart, with 100 flowers or so, and their bloom times, that would be golden. It would really help us newbies out.

Zone 5b

My false sunflowers are blooming in August. There are several varieties here. One grows to about 3-4 feet. When it is done, the next one starts to bloom at about 4 – 5 feet.. Obviously, they should be near the back of the garden ( near the back fence, Dave.) I am in zone 5. They like sun, but will tolerate sun/shade.

Asters will start in the end of August. Dahlias are still in bloom, Daylilies are in bloom, Cannas are in fulll glory, Rudbeckia are in full bloom. Of course, my brugmansia are in bloom, but they are a tender tropical and need to go inside for the winter.
