We have family coming here to celebrate Thanksgiving. The weather is expected to be sunny and around 20C / 68F. I will have to extend the table beyond its largest form by making another table to fit beside the existing one. Hopefully, the extended table will sit all 16 of us.

So, yes, we will be very busy. We have a fresh organic turkey ordered which we will pick up on Saturday. I will be making 2 pumpkin pies for 16 people. Ham is ordered as well. My son will be bringing all kinds of veggies etc, ... And the invited guests may be bringing food as well, but I am not certain of that. Go with the flow, I tell my wife. LOL

Thus we will indeed have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thanks for your best wishes.

Happy Turkey Day to everyone :)
We’ll be having a potluck dinner on Sunday.
We decided to postpone our bonfire breakfast. Thought it was too soon (to the funeral). Looking forward to the beautiful weather we are to have !!

Hope that everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving weekend. I’m looking forward to the extra day off work. The turkey is already defrosting in the fridge. It is supposed to be very nice weather, and I sure hope this is one time the weather person is right.

it was a great weekend, drove up north to see the leaves…..oh, perfection plus!

had tons of turkey and goodies.

spent a couple of days with the family, always nice!

My MIL who lives in Cannington,Ontario has a patio…....she has 20 – 30 bluejays there non-stop!
She sits and shells the peanuts and places them down right beside where we were sitting, they would then fly down right beside us, wish I had my camera, you could see every little detail on them! Could not believe just how big this favorite bird of mine is…....I only have 3 bluejays!
