For all you pet lovers out there who feed commercial pet food, I just thought I would pass this recall along…Boy I’m glad I feed a home prepared diet, seems there are just too many risks and recalls lately. -- Xploreorganics, 5b Canada, LFD 06-20 |

Thanks I don’t buy any of these kinds I was buying the Iams when we had the other recall I don’t buy it any more. One scare was enough I can’t say I have seen any of thee kinds in our stores, except for pedigree dog food, if this is the same company -- NS Zone 5B 200 KM East of Halifax cheers Bunting------Having a place to go – is a home. Haha…My dog will be 21 in November at this point all she does is eat so we give her a lot of oatmeal. She was is fed a variety of wholesome organic foods, nothing processed, and nothing special, mainly what we eat, soups, stirfrys, cooked dinners, salads, chili even curry. I always fed her 3x or more a day…Lots of people ask what I feed but really nothing standard and up until she went blind at 18 she walked 3-9km every day and has not been vaccinated since I had her just bloodwork to ensure good health and immunity. -- Xploreorganics, 5b Canada, LFD 06-20 |

XO—I love that your dog eats what you guys eat. My grandmother always fed her dogs whatever they ate. I don’t ever remember her buying dog food. And when my grandfather passed, grandma used to make meals for her and her dog. She and her dog would eat in the kitchen, every meal, together. That was one loved dog … and hahaha!!! ate much better than we did, with all of grandma’s food being made from scratch. ;-) -- "A perfect garden is just a garden to be in-perfection. Bon, condolenses too … geez, how awful. BUT, how wonderful that God sent you another “baby” to love!!! My Tabbie was 19 years old and she came to us as a stray. We had to put her “down” due to illness last winter. I loved her so, and still miss her terribly. -- "A perfect garden is just a garden to be in-perfection.
