I would like to contribute to gardentenders via importing my other blog postings. I’ve maintained my other blog, gardenhelp.org, for quite a while now, and I don’t intend to stop posting there. I am interested in bringing the information I post here to the gardentenders community if there is a tool to “import my other blog”.

Please let me know how I can do this now or if you intend to add this functionality at some point.

Thanks!

Hello GardenMentor!

There isn’t a tool to import other blog to our site. You can simply use Copy and Paste text to input posts from your site.

Thanks. That’s unfortunate. Do you know if this is on the table for feature additions? It’s not likely I’ll continue to do all the extra effort. I know its possible to tap into RSS feeds to pull in automagically. I’m doing this now at sweat365.com. Thx

How about just posting some links? We can surf over and check them out easily, and not put an undue burden on this particular forum.

I’m sorry, we have more important features on the list for near future, but I added this addition to “TO-DO” list.

good idea D… while we wait for this to make it to the top of the “to do” list …we don’t want to miss out on what you have to offer.

A link would be nice when you post a new blog entry at your other site.

Martins been working magic with Lumberjocks… If this is on the to-do list… I’m sure it’ll be a great and handy feature soon enough!

Michal, thanks for considering it for the feature list. I’ll try to add links to share content manually, but it’ll likely be hit or miss. I, too, have other “more important features” that take priority. Definitely let me know when/if you add such a feature. I’m impress so far!
