The gardens have been wonderful lately. With the onset of cooler weather, the brugmansia are starting to really bloom. Right now I have 8 of my brugs in bloom. Night strolls in the garden are heavenly. Here are a few of them.

Other scented flowers out now are:

Down side of Smellavision.. While channel surfing you stumble onto a science channel special about volcanoes, right when they start explaining about the sulfur gasses that are expelled from an active vent.

In your hurry to change channels you turn on a Discovery Channel special on the “Top 10 Smelliest Creatures”, right when they hit the #1creature.

Now completely nauseated you fumble with the remote, only to land on the god awful show being aired on G4 at the moment, “Hurl” at the exact point when one of the competitors in the idiotic game show spews chunks all over the camera.

But… If you only watch HGTV you’d be fine…...... Until “Holmes on Homes” comes on during a basement redo in which an idiot did the main line plumbing work and they have sewage everywhere.

;)

Oh… Nice flowers, BTW.. :D

Scott, the whites are simply white phlox… David , I think. I just let them spread.
