Polish Chili Sauce

6 quarts Tomatoes (red)
1 large stalk celery
6 onions, medium
2 large peppers, green

Peel tomatoes,cut up and cut up celery, onions. add 1/2 cup of house salt and let stand over night.
Drain in mourning and add cut up peppers along with
5 cups white sugar
2 cups red cider vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard seed
1 teaspoon cayene pepper
1 small can tomatoe paste
1 large tin of peaches ( cut in chunks)
Put all of this in a large pot and cook for 15 minutes.
Pour in jars and seal.
