please ID

Could someone please ID this plant? I have had it for 25 years and have tried at different times to get a name. Thanks. Horsetail

Could you show a leaf pic? Also does it get berries and what is its growth habit? Looks possibly related to Viburnum acerifolium but it is hard to tell.

This is waterleaf or a form of phacelia. It is native to indiana not sure about your region. Ours bloom spring to early summer. Some in this family have a leaf in the shape of a maple leaf with white water spots thus the name waterleaf. This one has a different form of leaf but same family.
