Would love to trade my backyard view also.I got a double rental place there that never cuts their grass and leaves all kinds of trash lying about.Hope to change that over the years.I’ve started by planting a small chestnut tree where my view from the sun room catches their yard.I live at the top of a hill so their place is below mine.So I planted it below the hill on my border line.
