Second one.. Let’s see if we can figure this one out, too..

This plant was in a pot that moved with us and had daylilies in it. We took the lilies out and left this thing. It was small at the time and had large leaves, so we thought we’d see what it was.

Not sure what it is. So….. Any ideas?

Click to view the BIG picture, as always.

It’s TALL.. About 2 1/2 – 3’..

Man the flowers look like a Wild Geranium and the plant looks almost like a cousin of the “Mallow” ... hmmmmm, it is a pretty one ….

It is money plant. I have a few too. I love the seed heads on this plant. They actually look like silver dollars. It spreads readily by seed. Share some of the seed heads with friends or use in dried arrangements.

Thanks nativeplantsrule,

That’s indeed what it is.. I forgot my old neighbor game us a tiny little plant before we moved last season. Seems it came back.

Now, this plant is biennial correct? So I need to make sure and collect seeds this year since it will not grow back?

I have had a heckuva time getting this plant to grow in my garden!

Scott, I’ve been told (by the family who gave me some of the “dollars”) that these are indeed biennials, bloomers on the second year.
