  • Its Latin name, Rosmarinus officinalis, means “dew of the sea”
  • it needs: Sun, Good Drainage and Good Air Circulation.
  • scattering sprigs of rosemary around plants may deter slugs. (Anyone tried this?)

rosemary dipping oil:
use best olive oil, add:
chopped fresh rosemary
chopped garlic gloves
sea salt
fresh ground pepper
chopped red chili

dip with warm, crusty french bread
