“Looking back over the past couple of years, it is interesting to see the ebb and flow of participation fluctuating with the seasons. I guess this is just a natural process for gardeners. As a result of this “up and down” it makes it really difficult to compile a quality GT News every month. So… sadly.. we have decided that this will be our last official GT News for the time being.”

I want to thank to MsDebbie for doing so great job with the eMag. Every issue was full of interesting articles and information, it was some kind of report of what happend this month on our GT site. I hope there will be more active GardenTenders in spring and we can continue with our monthly Magazine.

I totally agree with Jroot.I am saddened though that there isn’t enough going on in the winter to keep the e-mag going.
Happy Holidays Everyone.

You know, you should really just revise the schedule of the newsletter from the once a month to an 8 month (or so) schedule from early spring, through the summer and finishing out in the fall and then maybe a couple spaced out over the winter months. Ever thought of getting some articles from external sources such as Master Gardener’s or agricultural extension offices throughout the different regions? Just brainstorming a little as I do enjoy the newsletter and I think a little extra instruction or varied sections focusing on other regions would be interesting and enlightening for those of us that don’t get a chance to ‘get out much’!

good ideas Navy.

We’ll be looking at the schedule for the Newsletter in the new year to determine what is best for GT, for the Sojka Sites as a whole, and for the newsletters themselves. But for now—a little “pause” :)

Thanks to everyone for their feedback and their support! It will definitely impact the decisions made for the future!
