My new front garden that I started last year as a distraction to a spinal injury again. Living out in the woods gives me lot’s of great inspiration to create and this time my visions took a turn to another place. Not wanting your typical NorthWest garden I decided to build this Japanese Rock Garden and plan on continuing to build other types of gardens as the time and inspirations come to my through God. So come watch my journeys, stroll through the gardens and have some coffee, tea, or wine. Listen to the wildlife that surrounds you and enjoy. Rog Idell Heffele

Welcome back, Rog! Your Japanese rock garden looks so beautiful and peaceful. I think you will really enjoy sitting in it and listening to the wildlife.

Very nice creation and peaceful environment. From where did you get the rocks?

I helped a mate do a gardening project in his own backyard. With a huge garden backyard, he was eager to do this gardening to take his mind off from the stress he has at work. I only happened to get to know about this when I was visiting him after being on the road scouting for storage locations in some parts of Australia (I can’t disclose these!). It was great to hear that he managed to start with cheap but good items. When I came to visit him again after a month, the backyard garden looks well.
