Did you have the walk put in or was it a do-it-yourself? The pattern is awesome. Lovely!

Xploreorganics that hedge is four burning bushes, in the fall the leaves turn bright red it’s really beautiful.

greenthumb I’ve been working in the garden for almost 30 years when we moved here there was nothing in the back. When we planted the trees they were nothing but thin twigs and the yard just evolved over time. It has been changed many times in the past until I found exactly what I wanted. You asked where is Maryland well it’s just below Pennsylvania and just above Virginia. I think I explained this for someone else and I think he and the best example I can come up with is this you were in Washington, DC you could say you are in Maryland.

nativeplantsrule you asked about the walkway we had that put in last year when we had the driveway redone. The design is called herringbone, after watching the men put this in I don’t think there’s any way we would attempt this job.

I would like to thank everyone for their lovely comments I really appreciated thanks.

Great layout. This view could be used for a narrow lot!!
I get the feeling that you get a different view everytime you turn, and that the plan keeps drawing you onward.
Very restfull
