For 2 months we have been working on the backyard project and we are almost done. We have layed over 550 retaining blocks, cut around 200 of the cap stones to give it a finished edge and set in 3000 pounds of flagstone. The steps to our new path went in this week and i still need to add grass around the stones. The new bed that we put in will have to wait until fall to be planted or next spring. Thanks for looking at our project.

One word … MAGNIFICENT!!!!!
WOW, your gardens are spectacular, love all the different beds and plantings, they go so well together. Everything just flows so great!!! All the stone work is just beautiful. And I love your iron gates/trellis. How satisfying to see how well all your hard work turned out … again, just magnificient and well planned out.

GranT said it all. That is absolutely breathtaking. Beautifully laid out, magnificently executed, just …. WOW !
And I love seeing your “springworm” in his natural habitat. Your first picture of him didn’t make me realise just how big he is!
Were your “airial” shots from upstairs windows or the roof? They gave a beautiful sense of the overall flow of your gardens.

Gorgeous! And an insane amount of work, it looks like. The results are well worth it, and it looks like the kind of yard you’ll be having fun in for years to come!
