The side of our deck has been an eyesore since we moved here! The deck itself is stained and looks great but
from the road, from the shade garden it looked like a “dump”!
Here the “dump” has been cleaned!
Well, this year, it made it to the top of the “To do list”!!!
And hubby did a great job putting up the lattice, with a door to get to the stuff stored underneath, and I stained it!
Over the next few days (maybe, time permitting),I will be adding some clematis and some ground covering thyme!

That lattice really finishes the look of the deck off.Tell hubby he did a nice job.And a garden will really set it off.

X
neither am I, but hopefully it will be covered in vines, climbing plants within a few years!
And it is hiding all the “stored” stuff! Which, for me, is the main thing!
