About 10 years ago our kids gave us a hibiscus, it never amounted to much outside so this spring I moved it into the greenhouse. It is much happier there and has a large number of flower buds.
I credit the warmth of the GHouse
but maybe
the extra watering?
the worm culture fertilizer?
speaking softly to it ?
Who knows? One more mystery

Isn’t this a hardy hibiscus? It looks like one of mine.

Looks like a hardy hibiscus to me too. I wonder how one of them would react to living in zone 8 where it would not have the winter? Maybe that would explain it’s resistance to bloom? ........I don’t know….......
