Well I haven”t been on here for awhile and I missed it. I made a few changes to the press and it worked very very well. This year we pressed over 100 gallons for ourself and our friends. We drank all that we wanted and froze some for in the winter. We also canned some and you know we had to use some for apple jack.I had a couple of requests for a video of the press so I will post one on now. I hope you enjoy and sorry it took so long to get it.

Your cider press is beautiful and what a pleasure it must be to have all that lovely, nutritious juice for your family to enjoy! Thank you for the update. I am glad that it has been so successful for you.

Yes we are happly to have it. We have a a dozen apple trees on the farm and before the press alot of them llaid on the ground not used. Now we have away to put the surplus to use and my friends use it for their apples.
