I am retired and have a fairly good sized city garden shaded by huge, greedy, soft maples with one sunny spot for roses. I have started plants from seeds off and on for years.
Now I have been bitten by the "hosta bug" and have quite a lot of them. Last year I started some from seed and they did quite will, I hope to get some interesting plants from them.
