Eating from the Garden #6: Stuffed Chicken Breast

So you have a garden and chicken breast. Well you know that wonderful dish that is often ordered when out at a restaurant – Stuffed Chicken Breast? It might go for $14.00 and up. Well let me show how it is made and you will not spend anywhere near 14 bucks. Buy a package of boneless skinless chicken breast (or grab that chicken from the hen house.) Cut off the short section (left side in this photo) and set aside. I use this piece for grilled chicken salad or dice up for chicken quesadillas. Butterfly open the boneless, skinless.
