Please save me soem seeds from the all. I don’t have yellow etier
I haev black. I should say theya re such a deep wine color
depends which was the sun hits them. They are called black on seed pkg sbut they really are such a deep deep wine

I really would love to trade ya for some of them black ones Bunting and some of your dark pink too. I will save lots of seeds this fall if anyone else would like some.

Thank you.Next year I want to take the iris out of the back garden and plant a lot of different colours of hollyhocks.I have another vision.( lol )

Horsetail.These were already established in the garden when I moved here.The ones I started from seed this year are very small yet and no signs of budding.

Oh for sure Dahlista.I would love some dark brgendy.They would go awesome with my pale colours.Come fall we will all have to list what we have to trade so we can remember who has what.

I love my Hollyhocks. As you say, they are reminiscent of the English Country Garden look which I love so much. We used to make ladies out of them when we were kids. Pick a flower off, leaving about a half inch of stem. Then pick a new bud off, punch a hole into one end, and slip the bud onto the stick of the flower. Thus we had a head on top of the dress of the lady. My sisters taught me that one. Ah, memories. :)
