Wanted to show Mike the difference between his Hastings and mine.Thought I would show everyone.Hope no one is offended because it is not gardening related.
The first pic is of the downtown area.Very small.The next shots are of the waterfront bridge,dam and locks leading into town and the park along the waterway.The two century homes are located on Hwy 45 just as you come into Hastings. The Italian Rest. is also the main pub.It’s right beside the locks.

WE have a little place here called Port Hastings Small little place not handy anything. it is at the beinning of Cape Breton just over the causeway from mainland NS
actually it has the deepest port in the world but since it is so far away from anyting, it not used a lot

I too have driven through Hastings many a time Bon. There usually is a gang of fellows fishing from the bridge. Lovely part of Ontario too. Thanks for your postings.
