New additions to the yard.
This spring I was given 2 very nice sized rhubarb sets, which I planted beside the shed. I probably could harvest a few stalks from each, but I think I’ll just let them grow this year. I was also given about a quart-pot sized forget-me-not, which went in one of the front beds.DH got me a nice-sized butterfly bush, which we planted along the kitchen deck, next to my little lilac. Today, I received a rebate check from Menard’s, and I went shopping! I came home with 2 new Asiatic lilies, a blanketflower (which went in the front beds) and a pretty little “Twist and Shout” hydrangea, which joined the lilac and the butterfly bush along the kitchen deck, It’...
