Hi my name is David I'm a married father of 3, grandfather of 1. I enjoy trying to grow plants, tenpin bowling and the company of my family and my dogs ( they are always happy to see me ). I live on a small block by australian standards but am trying to make the most of it.

Hello and welcome to Garden Tenders. Thank you for sharing pictures of your beautiful water gardens and hibiscus blooms.

Good day Mate: Just read your “Rain” posts, boy I could have followed yours entry by entry with just the polar opposite this year. It’s been so wet in Oregon this year the animals hang around each other in pairs. We had more rain in one day in June then we normally get in the whole month. If it wasn’t so pathetic it would be laughable. Our new cottage industry will be peat if this becomes our normal weather pattern. Somewhere you mentioned dust, I know you wish for a sample of mud, just as I wish for a sample of dust. It’s a funny world. Hope you do get some more rain those wild fires can make a guy a bit nervous.
