Parsnips - 15 replies I saw someone had mentioned Parsnips in another thread.This got me thinking.I always hated them as a kid,but then again hated alot of other foods too back then.I have never cooked them in my life,and now I am wondering if I should try some.My Mother always boiled them,so thats the only way I know them.How do you cook yours?
