Hi Sandra and welcome!

I just adore your Hippeastrums, they are simply gorgeous!

I also love to fish, my favorite fish is the large mouth bass.

Thank you, Gooseneck. I like to fish for all kinds of fish….bass and crappie when i am close to home and sometimes catfishing. I do love deep sea fishing as well…when we take our vacations at the coast.

Oh I’ve never had the opportunity for deep fishing, I would just love that!

I hate catfish, they just look so evil…..LOL

what are your temperatures like this time of year, I’m in Toronto, Ontario and its been quite a
wet and cool spring, but I’ve heard how hot is in in Texas.

Catfish are not too bad…..You just have to hold them differnt…behind the fins…..especially the ones from the ocean…the Gaff tops…....if you get finned….you will be sore..they have a bit of poision on the ends of them…...we caught alot of gaff tops last year….here ya go

Temps are usually warm here…80’s and 90’s ….right now it is freezing …50’s which is unusually cold.

I llive in Arkansas and love heat better than cold. Have a hard time warming up in the winter. Gets to hot, just step into the aircondictioner. We have a favorite place to eat our catfish. Catfish Hole ..nummy with salty cornmeal deepfried in peanut oil, sweet coleslaw, hushpuppys and a baked potatoes. I like fishing for crappie and eating them here from Beaver Lake in NW Arkansas. Havn’t been in years tho. Its a couple miles as the crow flys. I am new to GT and having a hard time finding a way to view different forum topics…humm?
