Well we got out to the land on Saturday and started a major cleanup, I decided to use Lena (my new old tractor) to push over some dead trees rather than cutting them down with the chainsaw. Lena did a great job in taking down the trees.

We decided to name the tractor Lena (lee nah) from the Norwegian jokes about Ole (oh lee) and Lena, Lena being a big strong woman not afraid of work.
Lena and I also started clearing the overgrowth from the east side of the property line, she did a great job in leveling out the land and filling the holes.

We were able to accomplish in a few hours with Lena what would have taken us weeks to accomplish otherwise. I am so glad that we decided to buy the tractor.
My wife even got up on Lena and took her for a spin!

I have some maintenance to do, change out some rotted wires, clean up the starter, and add a muffler on to the exhaust system, but all in all I think that it was a great investment.
