Our last challenge, Living Art, has currently gone without any “takers” (so far!) Hopefully, next year, we wil see some garden art take shape.
But that was the past and is the future .. what about “now”? What challenge can we put out there, especially for those who are currently in the midst of fall weather and soon will be entering winter? Coming up with a challenge is indeed a challenge!
I need a “Garden Challenge”.. and I looked at that and realized that most gardeners have a challenge in their own gardens, something that takes a little extra thought and planning or perhaps has them stumped.
So here’s the challenge… during your spare time think about that personal challenge that you have in your gardens and brainstorm a solution or two or three. ... or maybe none! This is brainstorming time and we, as a gardening community, are going to help each other think of solutions and possibilities.
The Gardening Challenge
What is your gardening challenge? Is it limited space? Lack of sufficient sunlight? Neighbouring plants encroaching on your gardens? Arthritis in your hands? Shifting of gardening goals? Moving?
- Post a blog describing your gardening challenge.
- List your solutions, if you have any.
- Invite your fellow GardenTenders to brainstorm other ideas.
- Tag your blog as challenge-14
Deadline: none really
Reward: sharing of gardening wisdom, experiences, and support
