Rick finished his birdhouse today and is now sitting on top of one of our sheds. Thanks to John for the plans.

You can check out the birdhouse here at LumberJocks

Way to go, Rick. It’s awesome.
now.. one for the front yard and one for our other shed and we are all set.. well, unless you want to build one for the basketball net post.

This morning we were sitting on the deck watching our new fish and behind us was a blur of white… my daughter’s cat jumped from a wood pile onto one of our sheds and up onto this shed and proceeded to check out the birdhouse. So much for this location… the little birdies when they finally decide to use this won’t be very safe!

MsDeb … I sit here with a silly grin on my face just imagining the look on yours and Rick’s faces when you saw your daughter’s cat checking out the birdhouse … just when you think you got it “all” figured out … :-)
