Just wanted to share this pen that I made today – made from barnboards from my great-grandfather’s barn. (click on the pix to go to my LumberJock Project)

thanks :)
I’m very proud of this pen. As I talked about it over at LJ I realized that the wood is from my great-grandfather’s barn, the wood ashes used to stain it may also be from some of the barnboards and it is from a Bonfire Breakfast, our new family tradition.. Yah.. pretty sentimental item.

Ahhhhh, so you made the mice too … on the lathe? I’m probably asking a dumb question … Russel is out in the shop, otherwise I would ask him. Man these are really adorable MsDeb!
