Hi y'all!

Guess what?! I got my own Garden Tenders page now!

Our house in on a corner which gives us more room to garden as well as more lawn to mow! I'm pretty satisfied with the street side of the house although I'd love to expand the garden to cut down on the lawn.

Basically I have 3 seperate gardens. The one on the street side that I just mentioned, one on the side & along the top of the driveway, and a smaller one in the back of our yard next to our shed.

I got plans for all of it. I just need to take it from my head to a piece of paper & then to the yard. Yikes!

Sun, warm breezes, & just the right amout of rain to everyone!

Welcome!!!

So . . . you like purple?
Ya want some Hardy Mums? They are a redish Purple. They’re purple, but with a reddish hue. Hard to describe, but pretty close to the shade of your avitar. They get about 12” tall, and get bigger around every year, and of course flower in late summer. I don’t thin mine, but I got a few small pieces in pots, to move with us, and I certainly can dig up some bigger clumps, if ya want some. Don’t know why they call em hardy. They ought to just go ahead and call em perenials.
