Wannabe gardener. My great grandfather, grandfather and father all have wonderful gardens and devote(d) many hours to their passion. My great grandfather had a second lot next to his house that was his garden and grew roses. My grandfather had a terraced garden 60 feet by 100 fee that went down a gradual slope. He loved flowers and grew fruit trees. He also had an attached greenhouse where he walked from his study, up a flight of stairs to a 200 sq ft. green room. My father grows roses that stand taller than an adult.

Me, I forget to water things, buy my lawn is pretty nice!

Debbie, you should have seen this room he had. It was awesome. It took up the entire SE corner of his house.
