What is your secret to your beautiful morning glories? I live in West MI & I can’t get them to grow. Last year I planted two plants, got buds & flowers, but the flowers didn’t open up.

Gee thanks all for the kind greetings! I must try and be here more often. Morning Glories are very much sun loving plants and required no soil amending. Do not fertilize. I started these this year in the house the 1st of April, and set them out June 1st. They were blooming the first week of July. The blue is such a lovely color!
