OK, so garden may be a bit of an exaggeration. It’s certainly not the sprawling woodland retreat that’s growing in the backyard of my mind, but it’s a start. I’m learning that patience is a tool every gardener needs in his or her shed.

This lovely terracotta pot (that believe it or not someone threw in the trash) contains an Ostrich Fern,a Japanese Painted Fern, & ???
If anyone knows the name of the flowering plant in the front please tell me. It was given to me as a gift with no info other than shade.

Thanks LPC. According to Google, Begonia Corallina de lucerne is exactly what it is.

Google is how I found it.
I entered “green speckled leaf pink flower”
I’ve had pretty good luck entering leaf type, color, and flower color in search images.
Over the weekend I did this with two of my mystery plants.
Found I had a lambs ear and Herman’s Pride in my yard.
Gotta love the internet !
