Well as you can see Kitty Cat now has a name :) I always find a name for all my furry and feathery friends. Anyway I went to the garden store, I needed to go anyway. I got some 2×4’s and a flat piece of plywood and I was hammering most of the afternoon, I built a box for Kitty Cat to stay in. I think it will drizzle tonight and the wind is very cold. I put it right outside the door, I still need to ask my dog just exactly how he feels about this but from what I can tell he is not happy. Well while I was the talk of the neighborhood I was in the front doing this and little did I know that Kitty Cat had been watching me the whole time, I am so used to animals watching I just learn to expect it. When I finished I heard a tiny little meow behind me and I jumped because I really did not expect a stray to be so close when I started all the pounding. Kitty Cat is now in the box just outside the front door under the overhang. I fed Kitty Cat again, I am not sure how long it will stay but for now I dont have to wonder all night about where it is. If it will let me I will try to take a picture of it, I will warn you now though its not a very pretty sight. If I could ask a favor of all who are reading this though, could you all please keep in your thoughts and prayers all the stray and abused animals who are not so fortunate all over the world. I always pray for them but maybe more people doing that will help them a bit more, they need a voice, and the same too for all abused children, they also need a voice to speak for them as well. Good Night

well, well, our angel friend, you have given this little kitty quite the gift!
Keep us posted and yes all the “needy” ones (human and otherwise) are in my thoughts.

Being an animal kinda a guy, having four dogs, one parrot, a lizard, two ducks, pigeons and chickens and finches and not that I dont like cats because I do but
They are one of the worlds most adaptable mammels. .....NewZealand, Australia, Galapogos have big problems with “cats”. Coons, and cats are one of the biggest single factors in the decline of the wild song bird populations. If you were to go to Wasaga beach on the south shore of Georgian Bay Lake Huron and listen at night….............all you can hear are “cats”.
responsible cat owners should have their pet neutered and keep the cat inside…....if not for a reason that in some countries cats have a “bounty” on their head.

I am not a cat person myself…Although mind you cruelty is simply unacceptable in any manor. I had a cat once and if she was to enjoy a sunny day outside I had invested in a humane bungee harness. This kept her out of trouble and the few times she did climb a tree and fell she safely dangled there until I got her down.
I am tired of neighbours roaming animals digging, messing and destroying my property…Only for these same neighbours to complain about my few chickens which never leave my property and are cleaned twice daily.
It is great you saved this kitty but I do agree with Green thumb (imagine that :D) if you make this cat your own she should be teathered, kept inside and fixed so not to produce more unwanted animals.
