I started a new blog cuz for the folks on dial up, I didn’t want to add more pictures to my other “Candylily” blog … ANYWAY … headed outside this morning to dead-head and water a bit when I noticed how pretty my Candy Lilies looked this morning. This is the first morning where the flowers have been in a cluster; verses one at a time. So, you know me, I had to take a few pics to show you! Hope you enjoy them …
Here is one plant just full of flowers!!!
And look I have Corkscrews just like Damocles!!! Aren’t these just the COOLEST!!!

Excellent, G’ma! And, I can see a seed pod on the second pic…save ‘em when they start to dry out; there are some GT’s that want to share, I’m sure!

Oh yah, I totally missed that “D” ... I will, indeed get those seeds!!!! Those look exactly like the daylily “aborted flowers” that hold the seeds. I can do this!!!! ;-)

It never ceases to amaze me, the sheer variety of lovely plants you have in that relatively small garden. Just lovely!

Why thank you Dini … you know I think I have enjoyed this little garden more than all the large and many gardens I had at our other home. This wonderful little yard has allowed me to treasure each and every plant and truly given me back my joy of gardening. No more tears of frustration and added pain because I physically could not keep up with everything. I am so thankful (to God) that I am able to garden again. Ahhhhh, the smell of the dirt and being able to put my hands in it again … simple pleasures that are most valued. :-)
