They were just begging to have “their” picture taken … so pretty and “sparkling” in the afternoon sunlight.


Gaillaridas are also called Blanket Flowers. They need well drained soil and plenty of sun. “Oranges and Lemons” are very prolific. They can handle poor soil conditions, summer humidity and winter cold.

Thanks … this little garden helps somewhat with the grass area. Initially we were gonna tear out this little garden, but now I am glad we did not. If we were staying in this little house all the grassy area would be a garden. Oh what fun that would be. :-)
