« Part 2: Shade Garden Part 3 of My gardens! series no next part

As a lot of you know, I dug a pond a few months ago, planted some flowers…. and thought it was all done!
WRONG! I cant leave well enough alone!!
So, I emptied the pond, removed the lining, dug some more, put the lining back and…decided to do some concrete borders.
Started the borders, then it rained and rained…had to work on some other projects, rain and rain, went out of town for a week+, worked on another project, then another one and today went back to the pond and had to evict the frogs that had elected to live in it! But…still working on another project!
So I decided to share with you what it does look like right now!

and this is what it look like as of last week:

It’ll get there, sooner or later. Unfortunately, sometimes there just aren’t enough hours for all of our projects.
Beautiful lillies and astilbe.

Don’t ya just wish you could wave a magic wand and have it all done. ( lol )
The plants look good though. Nice colours.

During the summer it seems like it so hard to really decide what you want to complete first … you are just pulled in so many darn directions. LOL!!! But as Dini said earlier, it will get there, sooner or later. You certainly can see all your hard work and it will be beautiful when you are done.

The flowers and surrounding areas are just gorgeous. Such a lovely spot for your small pond!!

A garden is like a puppy . Everytime you think you have reached the end of the trail something wonderful happens.
