Since we moved here I have had a heck of a hard time with my rose bushes!In Montreal, they would be 6 to 7 feet tall, and be in bloom the whole summer.
Here, a few roses and just lose their leaves, and buds and be full of all kinds of bugs :-(
This year, I planted garlic all around all the bushes.

Just beautiful “E”!!!! I also love the Wild Geranium in the last photo as well.
Garlic ey??!!!!! Have to remember that … My roses seem to be doing okay now that I clipped away all the buggy limbs/buds. Also sprayed them with insecticide soap too.

Looks like they are establishing themselves ok now Eklectic.They are picking up nicely and the flowers are beautiful.
