Update On My Patio #2: Brick Supply
The wall to our communcal car park was repaired and I asked for any left over bricks. I only had in mind a few but was surprised to be given so many (over 100, I’m sure, that it took me 4 hours to move and place them)that I was able to put most of my plant pots on top for better drainage and to heighten them. I also put all the pots on the steps onto two bricks each. The bricks have three oval holes through them! They are the best quality and I got them for free. A truck came only minutes after I had the permission to take what I wanted so I had no choice but to take them all.
