My garden is quite small, situated on the hill with a small garden cabin in the lower part of the garden. I like growing flowers, herbs and vegetables. It is a place where I can relax after hectic working week mostly on saturday. It is not near our block of flats so it takes some time to get there.

Thanks Damocles. MsDebbie: It’s only 4×5 one floor cottage. We used to stay there for more than one day sometimes, but there is no water(only from well).

ah I see… still would be fun for a day or two.
Looks like a beautiful place to write or paint or something, as well.

maybe one day i will write or paint there something, that sounds like a good idea. We use it for family gatherings, for celebrations, for meeting friends . When I go there alone I just relAX there, I like physical work, like digging the garden or cutting wood….

So peaceful as I said before … I love the natural look of your gardens.

Very nice. I would like to travel in this area some day. I gather there are a lot of hills where your cottage is. Do you like in a city nearby? Is this part of the former Czechoslovakia? On of the girls I used to work with came from Czechoslovakia, but I do not know exactly where.
Thanks for sharing.

Hello Jroot, Yes, the town I live in is nearby. There are a lot of forests and hills in our area – the Low Tatra Mountains. Slovakia is a smaller part of former Czechoslovakia. If you know the town that girl came from, we can find out if it was Czech or Slovak Republic. We have similar languages and though our countries split we are still friends.
Have a nice day.
