I love your daily harvest basket. How long have you been harvesting from your garden this year? How far along are your tomatoes? I have been getting lettuce but the peas are even slow this year.

Everything is behind a tad this year due to the cold season start. We’d had to replant the beans, twice.
We’d been harvesting for a couple weeks or so. Radishes are all harvested now, kale is pulled and ready to freeze. Cherry tomatoes are juuuust starting to think about turning, but have some time yet. Others? Not near ready.Thinking by the first week of next month we’ll be busy busy with those. Depends on the weather though.
Today’s been busy dealing with the 30+ daylily clumps we picked up (wife went and got a few more).. Have 17 in the ground and decided on the others. Ended up picking up 10 bags of topsoil to backfill with due to the high rock content.. No surprise since it’s along the driveway.

YUM!!!! Nice harvest basket …
Lilies are beautiful, your yard must just be gorgeous and so full of color … envy of the area, I would imagine. Looking forward to seeing pics of those clumps planted. Glad to hear your wife went back and got a few more. Bet your back is aching a bit … :-)

Actually, it’s not so bad.. I’d found that the best way to plant large clumps is via pick-axe as apposed to shovel, so it’s not so bad. Only problem area was up the driveway where rock was getting in the way.

LOL!! ... yah, rock would definitely hinder the progress … but glad to the planting is going rather smoothly. Great day for it (at least here; lots of sunshine).
