« Part 4: Un-named Seedling + Verify Unknown Shrub Plz Part 5 of Just Blooming series Part 6: Daylilies & Daisies, 061208 »

Missed posting some yesterday.. I’ve got one from yesterday in this batch but the other has not re-bloomed yet, so will catch a snap of it later.

This is one of the butterfly flowers I got in from Spring Hill.

The Nandina is blooming nicely along the front walk.

I’ve got the lilies in the ground at the front foundation that I’d been working on.. Still have some more plants to put in and need to mulch it up.

And lastly, a shot of the Golden St. Johns Wart with more blooms open.. Thing is heavy though, going to prune it back hard this winter.

Dini … you make me giggle … and I am so right with you!!!

Scott your daylilies are just bu-tee-ful. I am enjoying these daily photos!!! Keep ‘em coming!!!

AND, looking good under your bedroom window. Such a change with just planting those clumps of Lilies. Once you get it mulched and the shutters up … WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

GranT, the whimpers, etc are only partly in fun; I would love to have a gazillion of the reds and purples, but DH {gasp} doesn’t like them. And since it’s his yard too, I limit them if he limits the petunias. Lol!

Well sounds like a plan, although I might have to somehow sneak a few more daylilies in—grab that flashlight, shovel, midnight is a good time to add daylilies I hear—LOL!!!!!! ... I’m lucky cuz hubby doesn’t care what I plant or do to the yard. As long as I leave his workshop and “beloved” recliner alone, I am good to go!! Hehe!!!
