Yeah Coleous, you look stunning. You look, well, store bought. I’ll have a new bed for you in just a little while. Hang in there. Petunias, you have really grown. Now here are the facts of life: Very soon you will have to be what is called “Hardened Off” but after that you can go to brand new homes. Some of you will go to containers on the deck and some will shine from the deck rail itself, others of you will go into different beds around this house. Still others of you may go to brighten soeone elses home. You all have a purpose in life.
Oh dear Sea Holly and Hosta what ever did happen to you. You seem to have run away. I am saddened at my loss.
Good Morning Phlox, you sure are growing. Wow and what month can I expect some blooms to come forth?
And Impatiens, you do me proud, why many of you already are showing buds. You should be ready to show forth your spendor just about the time the frost is gone. I have just the place to show your beauty

Stocks, I sowed you quite a bit later than your sisters but you sprouted right up there, standing tall like a soldier. And you 4 0-clocks my did you show yourself fast asnd now have stretched up about 8”. You really surprized me.
Mrs. Delphinium, you certainly are slower than your other friends but never mind you seem to be doing fine. Keep on keeping on. Datura ladies you are really getting big. I’m going to reward you with a new home soon! Carnations, Sweet Williams and Poppies. keep on, your doing fine.

I am what is called a 'people person', so it would really be my pleasure to have a visit with you, even invite you for a cup a . Gardening is one of my fun things along with quilting. Before moving to the town of Cambridge I had very little space for either so now I can indulge in these favourite pastimes. Quilting in the winter and gardening in the spring by indoor sowing and of course the summer in the several garden beds. I have one large bed at the back of my backyard, a center one, two more on either side of our back deck and still another underneath a window of the lower floor. then there are two long ones on both sides of the house running the full length of the house. Two more at the front of the house next to the house and the final one at the front and to the side of the house. I think that is 10. What was I thinking of. I'm nearly 68 yrs. old. Yicks LOL

Loved your flower chat!! I am sure your “girls” will do you proud in a few more weeks … showing off their beauty to all who behold them.

Can’t wait to see photos of your gardens this summer!! You have such a beautiful place … :-)
