Winter 2008 Approaches #1: Frost mornings

no previous part Part 1 of Winter 2008 Approaches series Part 2: Another Frosty Morning »

For a few mornings we have been waking up to frost.

But when the sun comes up it makes everything sparkle.

Walking on the deck and down the steps became a slow step by step process as it was slippery. Holding onto the railing going down the stair I could feel the frost.

I never seem to miss a photo opportunity so I snapped some photos of frosty leaves and blooms.

I’ve criopped this last photo and made it into a new header for my blog to use for awhile.

Thanks everyone, can’t pass up a photo opportunity.
This morning there is another frost, but right now it is too dark to see if it is worth the risk walking down the slippery stairs to the garden.
