The nights are getting a bit cooler now and September is right around the corner. As I gaze out into my yard I am realizing that this is really the tail end of my flowers and their beautiful colors. Summer is quickly coming to an end. When hubby and I went away on our latest vacation, I had expected to come home to the dreary task of beginning to put my gardens to “bed”. I do love watching everything bloom … here are some of the latest. Enjoy … Brown Eyed Susan that Damocles gave me … thanks again “D”!!! Rudbeckia Prairie Sun ... they are beginning to spread and bloom like crazy. I love this flower!! Dwarf Hollyhock has gotten a bit taller with more blooms now. It looks so dainty, but the stem is quite strong. Also my white Coneflowers behind it. Orange Gerber Daisies that hubby surprised me with in early June. I do l...
