Today the frozen ground in Seattle is beginning to melt. Hard freezes don’t always happen here in winter. Sure, we get a bit of a freeze, but having the ground solid for more than a couple of winter days in a row is rare. This winter we got hit a bit harder and are just now starting to thaw out.
