Or are we in summer yet? with the 90 degree weather I can never keep them straight! Not sure how everyone else is making out but we’ve been getting timley rain here for once. beans got planted and we’ve had some form of rain on a regular basis which is nice, though I’m sure will stop soonish. Water pails are full, but have emptied one already on the plants inside. I think we’re supposed to get more rain in the next couple days so I’ll have to put some more pails ...

For the past couple of weeks we’ve been hearing a huge splash in the pond and haven’t been able to see what it was, although we figured that it was a frog.

Well.. Parents are in town to visit for a bit so been busy spending time with them..
While we were talking out back, I walked over to the hammock swing and sat down to swing a bit.. Darned if that dag blasted thing didn’t break mid swing sending me down onto my pride for a rough landing.
The bar on the hammock smacked me on the head on the way down, but the landing is what injured my pride the most.. Man, my rear hurts.

It has been such fun seeing everyone’s gardens as plants begin to bloom. So thought I might share some pictures of what is just beginning to bloom in my gardens as well.

When I post my pictures the right hand side is always cut off the picture.The only way I can see the full shot is to click on it.Does anyone get the full picture when you see them?And does the whole picture come up if someone else clicks on it. I have tries re-sizing the pics but it still happens.Sure could use some help please.
